Lincolnville, Maine Lodging at Spouter Inn

With ocean views from every room, the Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful Colonial-style home built in 1832. It is situated on 1.5 acres with gorgeous flower gardens, rocking chairs on the front porch and a conversational fire pit, all located directly across from Lincolnville Beach. Our eight guest rooms all offer private bathrooms, some with Jacuzzis, and of course a full, gourmet style breakfast. Restaurants, shops along the beach, and the ferry out to Islesboro are all within walking distance. Vacationing with us along the Rockland, Rockport, Camden, Belfast corridor provides for you time to rest and relax, time to enjoy the beach, time to explore the coast, and time to appreciate and value all that Mid-Coast Maine has to offer.

Please know that we are following the State of Maine's "Keep Maine Healthy" guidelines to ensure all of our guests stay safe and secure during these very challenging times.  We welcome ALL visitors to our Inn!   Visitors who have either recently had COVID-19 or been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 are not required to wear a mask.  If you have not been vaccinated or have not had COVID-19, we ask that you wear a mask while visiting.
While you are enjoying your stay, we are taking the appropriate precautions for your health and safety.  All of our rooms are disinfected to ensure that your room and common areas are both disinfected and sanitized.  Additionally, our daily breakfast is served with a choice of two different seatings to ensure that our guests maintain an appropriate 6 foot distance.

If you aren't feeling well, we are happy to reschedule your trip to another time, there will be no cancellation fees due to COVID 19.
